Tom is Atlas’ founder and senior partner, specializing in assessing and repairing damaged buildings and structures. He deals with structural damage caused by fire, explosion, earthquake, and wind, but also addresses more common building ailments. Tom deploys with FEMA and State disaster response teams for rescue and recovery, and is on call with other agencies for structural expertise after damage events. He teaches and lectures on topics including disaster management and emergency engineering.
