Multiple Professional Services Contract

Atlas Engineering has held a professional services contract with a pharmaceutical manufacturing firm in RTP for nearly a decade. As part of this service contract, we have performed numerous services including:

• Design of equipment mounting and access platforms in clean-room spaces (laboratory facilities)
• Design of fall protection and vessel entry/lifting points in cleanroom spaces
• Design of hoisting systems for equipment
• Analysis of existing structure and loading for new equipment & design of structural upgrades
• Design of new support structure for vessels and equipment
• Annual condition assessment of fall protection anchors and hoisting systems
• Exterior building envelope assessment and repair design
• Roof replacement design and quality assurance inspections
• Annual condition assessment of parking deck structure
• Design of repairs to parking deck and quality assurance inspections
• Parking lot pavement condition assessment and repair design
