Lee Dormitory Support Repair

Lee Dorm at NCSU is a nine-story, 40-year-old concrete-framed building that houses over 400 undergraduates. During a routine Structural Condition survey, Atlas Engineering discovered unstable supports at upper-level floor slabs. Working with NCSU, Atlas designed and oversaw repairs over the course of a five-week summer session. For this project, Atlas worked under an emergency procurement contract to provide structural design and inspections.
