This project included removal of the existing gravel built-up roofing system and installation of a new 2-ply modified bitumen roofing system. This project also included the installation of new roof drains and modifications to the EIFS at roof to wall transitions. During tear-off, Owens Roofing ran into several areas of deteriorated metal decking which they had to replace.
