Mike’s passion is to build and lead teams of skilled professionals with high standards of honesty and integrity. His expertise is in operations management, handling both commercial and Federal clients. With a background in civil site design, he also specializes in facility maintenance operations, condition assessments, and disaster response operations. His experience includes 10 years in the active-duty Army as an Engineer Officer, and he currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserves based out of Fort Bragg. Mike is an on-call Structures Specialist for the State and deploys with disaster response teams for search and rescue.
